The learned Standing Counsel for the State has handed over a Status Report dated 15.05.2026. The same is taken on record. 3.

Ms. 'S' has appeared before us in person. She states that she has solemnized her marriage with one Mr. Ankit, the respondent no. 2 herein, and is living with him out of her own free will and volition. 4.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that respondent no. 2 is already married and has two children from that marriage. 5.

Be that as it may, in the present petition, once Ms. 'S' has appeared before us in person and, being a major, has stated that she is residing with someone out of her own free will and volition, we cannot pass any further directions.

6.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed of.
