By way of this application under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the applicant seeks regular bail in connection with FIR No. 263/2025 dated 24.04.2025 registered at Police Station Palam Village under Section 118(1) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.

At the very outset, Mr. Akash Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw this application. 3.

The bail application, alongwith the pending applications, is dismissed as withdrawn.

It is made clear that this Court has not made any observations on the merits of the case.
