Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant submitted that the matter has already been settled among the parties out of the Court and the Settlement/Compromise Deed dated 26th February, 2024 has been placed on record along with the application under Order XXIII Rule 3 read with Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 which is appended as Annexure-A to the instant RFA.

It is submitted that since the parties have compromised and all the disputes among the parties have been settled, nothing is left for further adjudication in the matter and the instant RFA may be disposed of in terms of the Settlement/Compromise Deed dated 26th February, 2024. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents has no objection on the statement and prayer advanced on behalf of the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant. 4.

Mr. Sunny Goel, the appellant is present before this Court and has been identified by his counsel. Mr. Parvinder Rana and Mr. Parveen Kumar, the respondents no. 1 and 2 are also present in the Court and have been identified by their counsel.

On query, the parties present in person have categorically stated that they have entered into compromise on their own free will and without any pressure and they undertook that they shall abide by the terms and conditions of the Compromise/Settlement Deed which is placed on record. 6.

Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties, the parties appearing in person and perused the Settlement/Compromise Deed dated 26th February, 2024.

In view of the above facts and circumstances and the Settlement/Compromise Deed dated 26th February, 2024, the instant appeal stands disposed of in terms of the Settlement/Compromise Deed dated 26th February, 2024 as nothing survives for further adjudication in the instant appeal and the parties are also directed to abide by the terms and conditions of the Settlement/Compromise Deed dated 20th February, 2024. 8.

Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
