% 26.07.2024 After some length of arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner prayed that he may be granted liberty to represent his case before the Vice Chancellor/ competent authority of the Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University and also prayed for the direction to that his representation may be considered and decided by the Vice Chancellor/competent authority expeditiously in accordance with law.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents has no objection to the innocuous prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.
