The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying as under:- "a. To pass a direction to the Respondent that till the pendency of the present AFO no. 03 of 2019 pending for disposal before the Adm/Settlement Officer Revenue Department District South Govt. Of NCT Delhi M.B. Road Saket New Delhi entitled as Samir Sangal Versus Bses Rajdhani Power Ltd. & Ors. And no disconnection be done qua the CA. No. 102465047 installed at A-13, Gulmohar Park, New Delhi110049." 2.
Insofar as the first prayer is concerned, that is, prayer for declaration that no commercial activity was being undertaken in the premises in question, the petitioner does not press the same.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has limited the relief in the present petition for seeking a direction to the respondents to not disconnect their electricity connection till the petitioner's appeal filed under Section 127 of the Electricity Act, 2003, is finally decided. 4.
The learned counsel appearing for respondents submits that the petitioner has already deposited 50% of the amount and, therefore, the relief as prayed for, may be granted.

In view of the above, respondent no.1 is directed to not disconnect the electricity connection to the premises bearing No. A-13, Gulmohar Park, New
Delhi-110049, subject to the petitioner continuing to pay the electricity charges till the disposal of the petitioner's appeal, preferred under Section 127 of the Electricity Act, 2003, which is currently pending before the Additional District Magistrate (South).

The petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. 7.
