Counsel for the parties submit that the parties have settled their disputes in the present suit in mediation proceedings before the Delhi Mediation Centre, Tiz Hazari.

The Settlement Agreement dated 04th March, 2025 (hereinafter 'Settlement Agreement'), which bears the signatures of the plaintiff as well as the defendant, has been placed on record.

I have gone through the terms of the Settlement Agreement and find the same to be lawful.
4.
Parties shall remain bound by the terms of the Settlement Agreement. 5.
Accordingly, the present suit is decreed in terms of the aforesaid Settlement Agreement. The Settlement Agreement shall form part of the decree.

Let the decree sheet be drawn up.
