Petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed by the Petitioner seeking quashing of FIR No. 0120/2024 under Section 318(4) IPC registered at Cyber Police Station, Dwarka and all proceedings arising therefrom in terms of Memorandum of Understanding dated 10.03.2025.

The FIR No. 0120/2024 was got registered under Section 318(4) IPC at Cyber Police Station, Dwarka on the basis of complaint made by the Complainant for cheating, forgery, mischief and fraud committed by the Petitioner.

The Petitioner and the Respondent are present in person and have been identified by the Investigating Officer. 4.

been agreed that the alleged offence of cheating has been settled and a sum of Rs.15 Lacs has been received by the Complainant, who endorses the Memorandum of Understanding dated 10.03.2025. The Respondent has already received Rs.10 Lacs and the Demand Draft of remaining amount of Rs.5 Lacs has been handed over today in the Court, which has been accepted by the Respondent.

The parties have endorsed the amicable Settlement and accepted the terms thereof voluntarily and have undertaken to remain bound by the terms of the Settlement.

It is submitted on behalf of the Complainant that she has no objection if the FIR is quashed against the Petitioner on account of the Settlement already arrived at between the parties.

In view of the submissions made, the Petition is allowed. Accordingly, FIR No. 0120/2024 under Sections 318(4) IPC registered at Cyber Police Station, Dwarka with all the subsequent proceedings is hereby quashed.

The Petition alongwith pending Applications, if any, stands disposed of.
