The learned counsel appearing for the Airports Authority of India

submits that the petitioners have appeared in the interview held on 27.04.2019 and the results of the interview were declared on 14.05.2019 and the names of the petitioners do not find place in the list of successful candidates.

In view of the above, no orders are required to be passed in these petitions. The same are disposed of. However, it is clarified that the petitioners would be at liberty to apply for NOCs through the proper channel.

It is clarified that if any such application is made, the respondents shall process the same within a period of one week of such application being made. If the NOC is denied, the petitioner is at liberty to approach this Court.
