Learned counsel for the parties' state that the Petitioner-Mrs. Raj Kumari Sharma has passed away in the year 2006 and thereafter, no steps were taken to bring her legal representatives on record. It is stated that the Petitioner was survived by four children, who have arrived at a settlement as recorded in CS (OS) 1054/2002. It is stated that the children are all Respondents herein and represented by the counsel. 2.

It is therefore, prayed that this petition may be disposed of as not pressed.

In view of the aforesaid submission, the petition is disposed of. 4.

Pending application stands disposed of.

All future dates stand cancelled.
