The present bail application has been filed seeking interim bail in FIR No. 10/2016 under Section 302 IPC registered at Police Station Rajinder Nagar, Delhi.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner's mother is of old age and is suffering from old age related medical issues. It is further stated that the petitioner's mother is suffering from Asthma, Diabetes and skin disease and is living alone.

On the last date of hearing, a Status Report was directed to be placed on record. The Status Report has been forwarded through e-mail, which has been taken on record.

As per the Status Report, learned APP for the State submits that the petitioner is involved in triple murder case and could be arrested only after he was declared a proclaimed offender on 26.05.2016. BAIL APPLN. 1536/2020

It is stated that although the petitioner has two brothers however, they do not reside with the mother. No medical documents were provided either by the petitioner or by the mother at the time of verification. Further, while referring to the order dated 19.06.2020 passed by the learned Sessions Court, it is submitted that the petitioner is found involved in two other cases i.e. FIR No. 221/2016, P.S. Rajender Nagar & FIR No. 161/2014 apart from present case.

In view of the above, I find no ground to admit the petitioner on interim bail, the bail application is accordingly dismissed. MANOJ KUMAR OHRI, J JULY 13, 2020 p'ma BAIL APPLN. 1536/2020
