This writ petition is filed on behalf of the Petitioners under Article 226 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking a direction to Respondent No.1/School not to disturb their studies and allow them to continue in the School without any disturbance as also for arranging extra classes for the examination.

Mr. Abhinav Sharma, learned counsel appearing for Respondent No. 2/Directorate of Education (DoE), GNCTD hands over a copy of the communication dated 02.12.2025 received from Respondent No. 1/School, wherein the status of the Petitioners has been detailed in a tabular form, which is extracted hereunder for the ease of reference:- S. A bare perusal of the table shows that Petitioners No. 1 and 2 have not reported from beginning of session 2021-2022 and fees and other charges are also outstanding. Petitioner No. 3 has passed out from Class XII in the academic session 2021-2022 and matter has been amicably settled. Petitioner No. 4 is studying in Class XI-B and matter has been amicably settled. Petitioner No. 5 has passed out from Class XII in the academic session 2022-2023 and matter has been amicably settled and Petitioner No. 6 is currently studying in Class XI-C and matter has been amicably settled. 4.

None for the Petitioners.

Order sheets indicate that Petitioners have been unrepresented for the last three dates of hearing. None appears for the Petitioners even today despite the fact that matter was kept at a short date. 6.

In view of above, no further order is required to be passed in the writ petition, which is accordingly disposed of along with the pending application.
