The petitioner seeks quashing of FIR No. 1233/2023 of PS Sadar Bazar for offence under Section 376 IPC and Section 6 POCSO Act on the ground that the prosecutrix has compromised with the petitioner. 2.

At the outset, learned APP submits that trial has already concluded and is listed for final arguments on 05.05.2026. 3.

Learned counsel for petitioner on instructions seeks permission to withdraw this petition so that the petitioner addresses final arguments before the trial court.

As requested, the petition and accompanying application are dismissed as withdrawn.
