% 03.07.2020 Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, after canvassing some arguments, submitted that it would suffice for the disposal of this writ petition if this writ petition is treated as a representation and the concerned respondent authorities are directed to decide the same. In view of this limited submission, we hereby direct the concerned respondent to treat this writ petition as a representation and the grievances ventilated in this writ petition may be decided in accordance with law, rules, regulations and Government policy applicable to the facts of the present case as expeditiously as possible and practicable. We are not expressing any views on the issues which are raised in this writ petition or merits of this case, especially with regard to the rates which W.P.(C)3921/2020
are mentioned at Annexure A-1 to the memo of this writ petition. In the event any subsequent litigation is preferred by an affected party, agitating the grounds which are mentioned in this writ petition, the same would be decided in accordance with law by the concerned authority/tribunal/court.
