The minutes of meeting dated 20.06.2020 of High Powered Committee, Delhi High Court perused. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner the order dated 21.05.2020 though makes a mention of the illness of his father but, primarily, the interim bail was granted on the minutes of meeting dated 18.05.2020 of the High Powered Committee, Delhi High Court. It is submitted since the committee now had extended the interim bail of the UTPs for further 45 days from 20.06.2020 the same concession is applicable to this applicant too.

Considering the submissions so made, the interim bail of the applicant is extended till 04.08.2020 on the same terms and conditions. 4.
The petition stands disposed of. Pending application(s) if any also stands disposed of. Copy of this order be sent to the jail authorities electronically.
