The present application is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking modification of the conditions imposed by this Court in the judgment dated 18.01.2024, in BAIL APPLN. 1659/2023.

For the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed and Paragraph 23 of the judgment dated 18.01.2024 is modified to be read as under:

The applicant is, therefore, directed to be released on bail on furnishing a bail bond for a sum of ₹50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) with one surety for a sum of ₹25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only), to the The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. satisfaction of learned Trial Court / Duty Metropolitan Magistrate on the following conditions:
a. He shall not leave India without prior permission of the learned Trial Court;
b. He shall cooperate in the trial and appear before the Trial Court of the case as and when required; c. He shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case;
d. He shall not, in any manner, try to contact any of the witnesses;
e. He shall provide his mobile number to the investigating officer (IO) concerned/SHO concerned at the time of release which shall be kept in working condition at all times.
f.
In case of change of residential address and/or mobile number, the same shall be intimated to the Investigating Officer/Court concerned by way of an affidavit.

The present application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
