% 18.08.2020 Hearing has been conducted through Video Conferencing. After some hearing, Mr. Kanhaiya Singhal learned counsel for the Applicant seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach the Court after the public witnesses are examined. Mr. Singhal seeks a direction to the prosecution to make every endeavour to examine the remaining public witnesses without any delay.

Bail Application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid. Needless to state that it is the duty of the prosecution to examine the prosecution witnesses, without causing any undue delay and no directions are necessary on this account.
