W.P.(C) 3926/2020 & CM APPL. 14043/2020 (for stay) 3.
The petitioner, employed as a Constable with the respondents Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) and presently posted at Sriharikota, Andhra Pradesh, has filed this petition impugning the Service Order No.405/2020 dated 4th June, 2020, of deputation of the petitioner to W.P.(C) 3926/2020
the National Disaster Response Force (NDRF) Battalion at Cuttack. 4.
The counsel for the respondents appearing on advance notice states that he has received written instructions to the effect that the aforesaid Service Order dated 4th June, 2020 has been withdrawn. He however states that he has also received written instructions with respect to the violations by the petitioner of his service conditions, in an attempt to stall his deputation and posting at Cuttack.
5.
The counsel for the respondents states that he has instructions for having the said breaches of service conditions committed by the petitioner, recorded in detail by this Court. 6.
Once the grievance with which this petition was filed does not survive in view of the statement of the counsel for the respondents, of Service Order No.405/2020 dated 4th June, 2020 impugned in this petition having been cancelled, we do not feel the need to record in detail the breaches of service conditions allegedly committed by the petitioner and referred to by the counsel for the respondents. Suffice it is to state that the respondents shall be entitled to deal with the same as per law. 7.
Recording the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of. RAJIV SAHAI ENDLAW, J.
