and the issues raised in this writ petition be decided by them within a time bound schedule.

Having heard the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner, we direct the concerned respondent authorities to treat this writ petition as a representation. The respondent authorities shall also keep in mind the suggestions and contentions of the petitioner and decide the same in accordance with law, rules, regulations and Government policy applicable to the facts of the present case.
