This is an application filed on behalf of the Plaintiff-Mrs. Surjeet Kaur seeking withdrawal of the present suit.

The present suit was filed on behalf of the Plaintiff inter alia seeking reliefs of partition, possession and permanent injunction with respect to the property- House No. B-47, Greater Kailash Part-I, New Delhi-110048. 4.

Mr. Thakur Sumit, ld. Counsel for the Plaintiff submits that the present application has been filed for withdrawal of the suit as disputes between the parties have been resolved.

Ld. Counsel for the Defendants has no objection. 6.

Accordingly, the suit is dismissed as withdrawn. All the pending applications are also disposed of, if any.
