% 03.07.2020 (Video Conference Hearing) CRL.M.A. 8636/2020 (Exemption from filing certified copy of annexures, English translation of annexures, attested affidavit and vakalatnama) in BAIL APPLN. 1532/2020; and CRL.M.A. 8637/2020 (Exemption from filing certified copy of annexures, English translation of annexures, attested affidavit and vakalatnama) in BAIL APPLN. 1533/2020 These are the applications seeking exemption from filing certified copy of annexures, English translation of annexures, attested affidavits and vakalatnama. Taking note of the prevailing conditions on account of COVID-19 pandemic, the applications are granted with the stipulation that the requisite affidavits and the vakalatnama shall be filed within 07 days of

resumption of the regular functioning of the Court. The other prayers seeking exemption from filing certified copy of annexures and English translation of annexures are allowed, subject to just exceptions. Applications stand disposed of accordingly.

BAIL APPLN. 1532/2020 & BAIL APPLN. 1533/2020 During the course of hearing, Mr. Padora, ld. counsel for the applicant fairly concedes that the case of the applicant is not akin to 2651 under-trials prisoners which were taken note of by the Division Bench of this Court in its order dated 22.06.2020 and that, taking note of the totality of facts and circumstances vis-a-vis the sickness of the mother of the applicant, the indulgence of extension of interim bail for a week may be granted. In his submissions, with the indulgence so granted, the applicant shall not seek any further extension.

Taking into account the totality of facts and circumstances, the interim bail granted to the applicant vide orders dated 04.05.2020 which was further extended for 21 days on 15.06.2020, is extended for a week beyond the period allowed on the same terms and conditions. Application stands disposed of accordingly.
