% 24.07.2020 Pursuant to last order dated 03.07.2020, it is confirmed that the local police did attempt counselling the parties to resolve their disputes. While the outcome and success of such counselling is not entirely evident, Mr. Mohammad Hasibuddin, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition, with liberty to approach the concerned police, if the need arises. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Needless to say that the petitioner would be at liberty to approach the concerned police, if so required, in accordance with law. Other pending applications, if any, stand disposed of. ANUP JAIRAM BHAMBHANI, J.
