By way of this petition, the petitioner assails the order dated 02.06.2025 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class (Mahila Court-03), Karkardooma Courts, Delhi, whereby cognizance was taken only for the offence under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 ["IPC"] and summons were issued to respondent No.2 in connection with FIR No. 56/2018 dated 20.02.2018, registered at Police Station Farsh Bazar, Delhi, under Sections 498A/306 IPC, insofar as the learned Magistrate's Court declined to take cognizance under Sections 302 and 306 of IPC.

After some arguments, Mr. Krishan Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to avail the appropriate remedy by way of revision before the learned CRL.M.C. 3373/2026 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
