The hearing has been conducted through Video Conferencing. 2.
The regular bail application of the petitioner was dismissed as withdrawn on 18.08.2020 and thereafter, he sought for interim bail on the ground of illness of his father.

The learned APP submits that earlier the father of the applicant was to be admitted on 27.08.2020 on which date he did not get himself admitted and now the date of admission in Max Hospital, Patparganj, Delhi is fixed for 10.09.2020. This fact has been verified to be true by the police. 4.
The father of the applicant is suffering from coronary artery disease and may have to undergo some procedure. It is stated that the applicant has his mother and two sisters and there is no other male member for helping the father to lookafter for surgery.

In the circumstances, the accused/petitioner is hereby granted interim bail for a period of 30 days from the date of his release on executing a personal bond of Rs.20,000/- to the satisfaction of the Jail Superintendent/ Duty MM. The surety of the like amount shall be furnished by the petitioner within a week of the learned Trial Court resuming its normal functioning. However, if the period of interim bail expires before the learned Trial Court SHARMA
starts/resumes its normal functioning and the applicant surrenders, then there shall be no need to furnish the surety before it. The petitioner is also directed to provide his contact number/address to the SHO of police station Patparganj Industrial Area, Delhi as also he shall keep open his location application in his mobile at all time.

The petition stands disposed of in above terms. 7.
Copy of this order be sent electronically to the learned Trial Court / Jail Superintendent for compliance.
