This is a petition filed under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking extension of the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal by a period of 6 months.

It is stated that due to orders passed by the NCLT and NCLAT, the arbitration process took some time.

Issue notice.

Mr. Dogra, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondent and has no objection to the petition being allowed. 5.

I am satisfied that a sufficient cause has been shown. 6.

Hence, the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal is extended upto 6 months from today.
