After making some submissions, Mr. Rajesh Anand, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of judgement dated 19.05.2020 rendered by a Division Bench of this court in W.P.(CRL) No. 822/2020 titled Anil Mittal vs. State of NCT of Delhi & Ors., nothing survives in the present petition, which may be dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to approach the concerned court in the event of non-compliance with the law as laid-down/clarified in the aforesaid judgment. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed.
