This application is, accordingly, disposed of. W.P.(C) 4055/2019 Vide the present petition, the petitioner seeks direction thereby directing the respondents to decide the representation dated 30.06.2018 within stipulated time. There are some other prayers in the said petition, but the counsel for the petitioner seeks direction only to prayer (i) of the petition.
Accordingly, I hereby dispose of the present petition directing the Registrar of respondent no.1 to decide the representation dated 30.06.2018 made by the petitioner within two weeks from the receipt of this order.
The petition is disposed of, accordingly.
