This hearing has been held by video conferencing. 2.

This petition has been filed challenging the order dated 18.06.2020 passed by the learned Telecom Disputes Settlement and Appellate Tribunal, New Delhi, in Broadcasting Petition/269/2020, whereby the interim prayer of the petitioner for reconnection/restoration of supply of the Cable TV signals from the respondent no.2 was rejected by the learned Tribunal. 3.

Mr.Pathak, Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondent no.2, on instructions, submits that in spite of the said order, the supply of the signals to the network of the petitioner have been restored by the respondent no.2.

The learned counsel for the petitioner, however, disputes this position. 5.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of recording the statements of the learned counsels for the parties. It is directed that the petitioner shall be entitled to take up the issue of non-receipt of signals with the respondent no.2 and in case there is any technical issue on the reconnection of signals to the petitioner, the respondent no.2 shall ensure the removal of such difficulties forthwith.

The other contentions of either party shall remain open to be adjudicated before the learned Tribunal. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the submissions made by either party.
