The present petition has been filed by the petitioner stating inter alia that the respondent is liable to be hauled up for contempt on account of wilful disobedience of the order dated 7.2.2020 passed in W.P.(C) 195/2010. 2.
We have expressed our reservation with regard to entertaining the present petition by a third party in the writ petition. 3.
At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition while reserving the right of his CONT. CAS (C) 328/2020 Page 1 of 2
client to approach Mr. Rahul Mehra, the petitioner in W.P. (C) No.195/2010 and point out the material facts which are sufficient to initiate contempt proceedings against the respondent, for violation of the order dated 7.2.2020.

Leave as prayed for is granted. The petitioner shall examine the pleas taken in this petition and take appropriate steps. The contempt petition is disposed of.
