% 19.07.2018 It is stated that during the pendency of this petition, a show cause notice has been issued in respect of the concerned bill of entries (3590166 dated 12.10.2017). In these circumstances, the only direction which can be issued to the concerned adjudicating authority is to complete the proceedings expeditiously. It shall be open to the petitioner to rely upon all the material including the statement recorded on 15.03.2018 by this Court. In this regard a certified copy of the statement may be brought on record of the Adjudicating

Authority by the petitioner.

With aforesaid directions, the present petition filed by the Petitioner is disposed of.
