Through the present petition, the Petitioner prays for issuance of writ of certiorari to quash his transfer order dated 27.04.2026 or in the alternative, grant two months reaction time to make necessary arrangements.

This Court has been informed that the Petitioner was posted in Delhi on 24.09.2020, for a period of three years. 3.
On 06.06.2023, the Petitioner prayed for extension of one year while undertaking not to seek any further extension. His request was accepted and he was allowed to continue at Delhi. Thereafter, he once again prayed for extension, which was again accepted. 4.
Ultimately, in September, 2025, the Petitioner was transferred on his request to Lucknow, on account of medical facilities. The Petitioner has not disclosed all these facts while filing the Writ Petition. Through the present Petition, the Petitioner has only annexed copy of the movement order.
