The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that the investigation in connection with FIR No.270/2014 registered with PS Bharat Nagar be completed in a time bound manner.

The learned counsel appearing for the State states on instructions of the Investigating Officer, who is present in the Court (Insp. Naresh Chander), that the chargesheet has already been drafted. The same is being vetted and would be filed within a period of six weeks from today. The respondent is bound down to the said statement. 4.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that in view of

the above statement, he does not wish to press the present petition. 5.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
