rights and contentions, he would not press the present petitions whereby they seek cancellation of bail granted to Kalesh and Bharat Ahuja. He, however, submits that since the material public witnesses have already been examined, therefore, the learned Trial Court may be requested to expedite the disposal. 3.
In view of the above, the present two petitions are disposed of as not pressed.

All rights and contentions of the parties are reserved. 5.
Keeping in mind the overall facts of the case and the fact that the material public witness have already been examined, the learned Trial Court shall make best endeavor to expedite the trial and to dispose of the case as expeditiously and preferably within a period of one year from the date it takes up the matter.

A copy of this order be sent to learned Trial Court for information and due compliance.
