By way of this petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the petitioner seeks quashing of FIR No. 103/2019 dated 04.04.2019, registered at P.S. Paharganj, District Central, Delhi, under Sections 183, 186, 341, and 351 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, alongwith all consequential proceedings emanating therefrom. 2.

After some arguments, Mr. Nikhil Srivastava, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw this petition without prejudice to the rights and remedies of the petitioner before the learned Trial Court, including at the stage of arguments on charge. 3.

The petition, alongwith the pending application, is dismissed as withdrawn in terms of the above submissions.

It is clarified that this Court has not made any observation on the merits of the case, and all rights and contentions of the parties in the pending criminal proceedings are kept open.
