At the outset, learned counsel for the respondent no.3 states and undertakes, on instructions, that the gratuity amounting to Rs.3,68,000/- (inclusive of interest) shall be released to the petitioner immediately upon the petitioner approaching the said respondent in this regard. 4.

It is agreed by learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondent no.3 that the said amount would be in full and final settlement of the pending claims of the petitioner towards gratuity. 5.
