The present petition under Article 215 of the Constitution of India, 1950, read with Sections 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 seeks the following prayers: - "a) Initiate contempt proceeding against the alleged contemnors/respondents for willfully and deliberately disobeying the judgment/order/direction on dt.02.12.2022 of this Hon'ble Court passed in the Writ Petition (Civil) No.l6619/2022 case titled Usha Devi Vs. Union of India & ors and punish them one and severally and the same manner as per law of the land or alternately give appropriate direction to the respondents/alleged contemnors to regularize/restore and release arrear of pension in favour of the petitioner as per direction already passed by this Hon'ble Court in W.P. (C) No.16619/2022 in the interest of justice." 3.
