Ms. Vedika Dalmia, learned counsel for the plaintiff submits that since most of the offending videos have been taken down by the defendants, therefore, the plaintiff wishes to withdraw the present suit. 2.

She draws attention of this Court to the statement dated 10.12.2025 of Mr. Sandeep Makkad, Authorised Representative of the plaintiff/company, that has been recorded by the learned Joint Registrar. 3.

I have perused the statement of Mr. Sandeep Makkad wherein it is recorded that the plaintiff wishes to withdraw the suit as offending videos have been taken down.
