% 13.05.2019 I.A. 6969/2019 U/s 151 CPC for Summoning of Witness moved on behalf of Petitioner It is stated that concerned witness i.e. Manager, SBI is sought to be re-summoned in terms of directions of Hon'ble Court vide order dated 22.04.2019 as the said witness did not appear before the Learned Arbitrator on last date of hearing.

In view of above and submissions made in the captioned IA, the captioned IA is disposed off as allowed to the extent that concerned witness, Manager, SBI along with relevant records as detailed in para no. 2 of the captioned IA, be summoned on taking steps by the petitioner to appear before Learned Arbitrator on 17.06.2019 at
