Learned counsel for the petitioner has been requested to point out from the records, the letter dated 10.01.2018 referred to in para 20 of the writ petition which is stated to be the basis on which the present petition has been predicated.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the said letter is of no consequence and the petitioner actually is aggrieved by the order dated 18.09.2017, passed by the respondents.

He states that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition while reserving the right of the petitioner to file a fresh petition on the same cause of action i.e. for assailing the letter dated 10.01.2018. W.P.(C) 805/2018

Leave as prayed for is granted. The present petition is disposed of as withdrawn, along with pending application.
