In the present writ petitions, petitioners had prayed for grant of admission in the respondent no.2/School. However, during the pendency of the present petitions, petitioners have been admitted in another School namely B.R. Tyagi Senior Secondary School pursuant to the intervention of respondent no.1 and the petitioners are studying in the said School. 2.
In view of the above, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks to withdraw the present petitions.

Petitions are dismissed as withdrawn.
