Ms. Manjeeet Arya, who appears on behalf of the respondent/State, says that the charge-sheet concerning the petitioner, albeit, in hardcopy is ready and can be furnished by the concerned Investigating Officer. 2.

Mr. Kartik Gadi, who appears on behalf of the petitioner, says that he will have the hard copy collected from the concerned Investigating Officer attached to the Rohini (North) Police Station. 3.

The concerned Investigating Officer will furnish the hard copy to learned counsel for the petitioner i.e. Mr. Kartik Gadi. 4.

Mr. Gadi says that in view of the above, the captioned petition can be closed.
