CRL.M.C. 2088/2019 & CRL.M.A.8282/2019 Quashing of FIR No. 191/2014, under Sections 419/420/468/471 of IPC, registered at police station Barakhamba Road, Delhi is sought on the basis of compromise deed of 5th April, 2019 and affidavit of 12th April, 2019 (Annexure-F) of second respondent.

Upon notice, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondent No.1-State submits that respondent No.2, present in the Court, is the complainant/first-informant of FIR in question and he has been identified CRL.M.C. 2088/2019

to be so, by SI Praveen Kumar on the basis of identity proof produced by him.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the investigation of this case is in progress and the final report would be filed within a period of twelve weeks from today.

Since the investigation in this FIR case is in progress, therefore, this petition is disposed of as premature, with liberty to petitioner to have recourse to law, after the final report is filed in this FIR case. With aforesaid liberty, this petition and the application are disposed of.
