The petitioner has filed this petition seeking interim bail in FIR No. 592/2017 under Section 302/307/34120-B IPC & Section 25/27 of the Arms Act, registered with P.S. Jafarabad.

The petitioner states that his grand-mother has expired and he requires to attend her last rites.

The fact that the petitioner's grand-mother has expired has been verified. It has also been verified that the 40th day (Chalisa) rites would be performed on 01.08.2020.

In the given circumstances, this Court considers it apposite to grant the petitioner custody parole for a period not exceeding six hours. The petitioner shall be taken to his residence at Loni, Ghaziabad in custody on 01.08.2020 and thereafter, to the venue where he has to perform the rituals.
It is so directed.
