O R D E R

% 08.10.2018 CM No. 15365/2018 The present application duly supported by affidavits has been filed by Mrs. Maheshwari Devi, Mr. Rajesh Gupta, Mrs. Rekha Aggarwal and Mrs. Renu Bansal under Section 151 CPC for release of share of compensation in terms of the judgment dated 13.10.2011 of the Hon'ble Supreme Court. Applicants have also filed their respective Indemnity bonds for release of the share of compensation in terms of judgment dated 13.10.2011 of the Hon'ble Supreme Court.

Mr. Rishi Pal Bansal husband of Ms. Renu Bansal who is victim/injured person in the Uphaar Tragedy has brought authority letter issued by Ms. Renu Bansal/one of the applicant, wherein she has authorized Mr. Rishi Pal Bansal her husband to appear, sign and verify documents on her behalf. Statements of Mr. Rajesh Gupta, Ms. Rekha Aggarwal, Ms. Maheshwari

Devi, victim/injured persons and Mr. Rishi Pal Bansal husband of Ms. Renu Bansal who is victim/injured person have been recorded separately which are duly identified by their counsel.

On 28.09.2018, Mr. Azhar Ahmad, Kanoongo, SDM, Hauz Khas, New Delhi had placed on record status report in respect of identification/verification of Ms. Maheshwari Devi, Mr. Rajesh Gupta, Ms. Rekha Aggarwal and Ms. Renu Bansal, who injured in Uphaar Tragedy.

Deputy Registrar (Writ) has also reported that no claim has been filed earlier on behalf of the above said applicants except the present claim application. In view of the above said facts and documents, Registrar (B&A) is directed to calculate the amount of compensation payable to Ms. Maheshwari Devi, Mr. Rajesh Gupta, Ms. Rekha Aggarwal and Ms. Renu Bansal/ applicants, who were injured in Uphaar Tragedy and release the same to them in terms of order dated 13.10.2011 passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court against proper receipt and identification.

The application stands disposed of.
