This is a writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following prayers:- "A) Issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the Delhi Skill and The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. Entrepreneurship University to release the Final Diploma Certificate / Degree of the Petitioner and the documents relevant with the completion of course that is provided by the Delhi Skill and Entrepreneurship University upon Graduation; and/or B) award cost and damages in favour of the Petitioner in view of the continued harassment at the hand of the Delhi Skill and Entrepreneurship University; and/or..." 2.

For the reasons stated in the petition, issue notice. 3.

Mr. Singh, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of respondent Nos. 1 and 2 and Ms. Sachdeva, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of respondent Nos. 3 and 4.

The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner despite having cleared his Engineering Diploma in 2024 till date he has not been granted the final degree. Due to the same, has been unable to secure a confirmed job.

Mr. Singh, learned counsel states that if any candidate requires a degree/ diploma, the same can be provided.

Taking his statement on record and binding the respondent to the same, it is directed that the petitioner's diploma/ degree will be given to the petitioner expeditiously and not later than 2 weeks from today. 7.
