Petitioners herein seek quashing of an order dated 11.05.2023 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Karkardooma District Courts, Delhi, in CR. REV. No. 30/2022 vide which revision petition filed by the respondents was allowed and the impugned order dated 22.12.2021 passed by learned MM (Shahdara) was set aside and the SHO concerned was directed to register an FIR and to file report. 2.

It transpires that during pendency of the before this Court, parties have settled their differences as is borne out from vide order dated 18.07.2025 passed by Hon'ble Supreme Court. The said order reads as under:

"7. In view of the above and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, we accept the request of the parties and close the pending proceedings inter se parties, details of which are provided by the learned counsel for the parties as under:

(i) Ct. Case No. 15676 of 2018 titled 'Vinod Jain vs. Prabhash Jain' PS (Sarai Rohilla) before the JMFC-04, Tis Hazari, Central Delhi.

8. Moreover, learned counsel for the parties have informed the Court that certain proceedings between the parties have already been withdrawn on 11.07.2025. The details of such proceedings, as furnished to the Court, are as follows: (i) Complaint Case No. 2474 of 2020 titled Santosh Jain v. Satpal, pending before the Court of JMFC-01, Karkardooma Courts, Shahdara.

9. We further record the undertaking given by the respondent through his counsel that the respondent-husband would not use the findings recorded in the impugned order against the appellant in any other forum.

In view of the aforesaid, proceedings before this Court are rendered infructuous and are disposed of accordingly.
