The present Petition, under Section 11(6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 ["Act"], has been filed seeking the appointment of a Sole Arbitrator.

After addressing some arguments and upon the Court querying the learned counsel on how he could invoke the Arbitration clause as he does not appear to qualify as a "member", learned counsel for the Petitioner sought leave of the Court to withdraw the present Petition, with liberty to take appropriate steps as are available under law. 3.
