This petition has been filed on behalf of the Petitioners under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR No.508/2021 dated 17.12.2021 registered under Sections 406/420/120-B IPC at P.S. Lajpat Nagar and proceedings emanating therefrom.

After canvassing some arguments, learned counsel for the Petitioners, on instructions, seeks to withdraw the present petition. 3.

Petition stands disposed of as withdrawn making it clear that this Court has not entered into or expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.

At this stage, learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that the Police officials are unnecessarily harassing the officials of Petitioner No.1 and constantly visiting their residences.
