O R D E R

The present application has been filed seeking anticipatory bail in FIR No.606/2020 registered under Sections 323/341/336/506/34 IPC and Sections 25/27 of Arms Act at Police Station Khajuri Khas, Delhi. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuance to the last order, the petitioner has joined the investigation. It is further submitted that the co-accused namely, Sumit and Nitin are stated to have used the firearm whereas the role of the present petitioner is simply of accompanying the accused persons. Further, the nature of injuries of the injured Surjeet has been opined to be simple.

Keeping in view the facts and circumstance of the case and the fact that the petitioner is not involved in any other case, it is directed that in the event of arrest, the petitioner be released on bail, on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the concerned court/Duty MM/concerned I.O./concerned arresting officer and subject to the following conditions:- BAIL APPL 1554/2020

(i) The petitioner shall join investigation as and when he is required to do so.

(ii) The petitioner shall regularly appear before the concerned court as and when it is required to do so.

(iii) The petitioner shall not leave the jurisdiction of NCT of Delhi during the period of trial without the prior permission of the concerned Court.

(iv) The petitioner shall provide the concerned I.O./SHO with his telephone number (Mob. No.8851661711) which he undertakes to keep operational at all times and in the event of change of his residential address, shall inform the same to the concerned I.O./SHO as well as to the concerned Court. 4.
