Learned APP for the State submits that Chargesheet has been filed and all the Petitioners in aforesaid three Petitions were kept in Column No.12 and have not been summoned. Only Niteen Subhash Yeola (husband) has been put in Column No.11 and has been summoned.

In view of submissions made, nothing more survives in these three Petitions, which are hereby disposed of with liberty to the Petitioners to approach appropriate forum.
