Learned counsel Mr.Dhruv Surana appearing on behalf of Mr.Avishkar Singhvi, Advocate for the plaintiff who is presently stated to be unwell, submits that the plaintiff had through email filed CS (COMM) 232/2020, however, since an error was showing in the link, this suit was re-emailed which has been registered as a fresh suit being CS (COMM) 242/2020. Learned counsel states that he will file his vakalatnama during the course of the day and wishes to withdraw the present suit i.e. CS (COMM) 242/2020 and the applications.
